Tahoe Management is a local property management team that focuses on personally handling our clients and customers on a one-on-one basis. We strive to provide professional service that also reflects the personalized small-town experience you come to expect when you think Tahoe. We don’t just work here, we live here.

Our vacation rentals are located throughout South Lake Tahoe, on both the Nevada and California side, near Heavenly Ski Resort, South Shore casinos, and marinas. Amenities include condos, private homes with hot tubs, pet-friendly properties, pool tables, ping-pong tables, and dartboards. We pride ourselves on clean, comfortable accommodations for groups of up to 10 people. Whether you want to be within walking distance of the casinos or in a secluded chalet, Tahoe Management can help you find the best vacation home to suit your needs.

In addition to our vacation rental homes, Tahoe Management also offers seasonal/ski lease properties and long-term permanent rentals throughout the South Lake Tahoe area.

Our Residential Property Management ensures that our homeowner’s investments are maintained and overseen to protect their investment.  We work aggressively to ensure our properties are rented quickly, with qualified renters, to ensure a steady income for our clients.
